ORBEA is breaking new ground - instead of only designing one frame this year for the ORCA we have designed 5 ORCA carbon frames. Our use of the SSN technology has given us the possibility of creating 5 proportionate ORCA frames: a specific frame shape for each size, in short 5 solutions for each user. By analysing and optimising to the maximum each frame's capacities we have been able to conceive each one individually shaped. The tube sections of each frame has been adapted and remodeled, their length, their shape and the soul that unifies and gives integrity to the total structure. The crucial achievement is the maintenance of the relation between stiffness and comfort, just right in each size ORCA. Combining the highest quality materials and monocoque manufacturing technology result in a perfect carbon structure weighing only 735 grams. Technology and performance are not contrary to design and elegance. Our exquisite taste for style and aesthetics is what makes us different, an example of which is the cutting edge shape of the frame and the integration of the frame compononents exclusively designed by ORBEA, which together make a perfect instrument of only 1020 grams in weight. The new ORCA fork was produced as an integral part of the complete ORCA bicycle offering unforgettable performance that translates into perfect bike handling and extraordinary comfort. No bike on the market can equal the extraordinary feeling of riding an ORCA.
